I just cooked something and I put to much pepper on it...I dont have time to cook again.

Answer:
Depending on the dish, you could either add a little cream, coconut milk, or cheese, which will cut a little of the hotness. A little sugar might do the trick as well.
Use less of it?

Maybe butter would help too...
add more of the dishes ingredients
add more of any of the liquid ingredients.
