Answer:
Why would we want to do that? Ask a decent question. I love Chinese and Indian.
I haven't met a plate yet I could understand or digest.
Personally, I've never understood people that make snide remarks about the cuisine of other cultures. However, if you are truly interested I can repeat some that I have heard about Asian and Indian meals. The narrow minded people who choose to make derogatory comments tend to lump all these cuisines into one group as alien and inedible. Most of the remarks relate to the use of unusual meats in the food.. citing ground hog, cat, dog, rats and bugs and by association, these peoples preparing the food are dirty and base as is their food.

I can't help but wonder, why you would ask this question?
In all cultures there are certain foods that I will not eat; as in mine there are some food I won't eat. That doesn't make it right or wrong it just means every ones palate is different.
There are some foods in EVERY cuisine that I will not touch. There are also foods in most cuisines that I like. You can't lump cuisines into rigid categories.
the chinese food u get in the US is Americanized, things like chop suey, sweet and sour pork, egg foo young, lemon chicken...etc dont actually exist in China. People think Chinese food is greasy fast food. But actually, Chinese food is generally low in oil and thick sauces.
