Actually we Germans eat DINNER for lunch, and eat a small lunch like supper in the evening. We take our dinner with us to work or we go out to a restaurant like people do in the US. The difference is that we do not eat a big meal in the evening. Conclusion, we don't put on weight because we go to sleep with full bellies.
That was informative , i'm gonna try to bring my dinner for lunch from now on and see if i dont overeat for dinner.
