The authentic Haitian breakfast dishes include minced fish over grits and boiled plantains. also Slices of French bread soaked in orange juice, w/ cream and spices. just to name a few.
also, you could always try the web for some authentic Haitian breakfasts.
To tell you the truth alot of them don't even have breakfest, they skip it. but the ones that do usually tend to have fruit that grows there, bananas, pupius, etc.
