Answer:
Rice and Kimchi, ocassionally toast
KIM CHI !!! Over noodles or rice...
Whatever they want! they are just like us but mabye a little diffrent, because of thier agricultural diffrences...Like they eat rice because they don't have oatmeal!
The same things they eat for lunch and dinner. Only first world countries have different foods for breakfast.
Koreans don't have a concept of "breakfast" like many other cultures. Basically they eat the same food for breakfast as they would during any other time of the day.
Some have cereals and other common American foods.

Others have the traditional rice, soup, kimchi.
They eat whatever they want for breakfast. It is no different from any other meal. However, I believe traditionally "Juk" (Rice Porridge) is a favorite for "breakfast".
Traditionally, they will have some rice, maybe some soup, and some pickled veggies/foods. They also sometimes eat a sweet rice drink, called Shikhae, or a nice tea (persimmon is a popular one). Sometimes, they will have some fruit after the meal, as a "refresher".

Nowadays, in the more city-like areas (e.g. Seoul), Mc-Donald's is always available.

Or, they have some toast, pancakes, french toast (Western foods) for breakfast (but, that is not traditional).

Hope that helps.
North Koreans?
The same thing they eat during the day only lighter. Of course bop (rice) and pan chan which are side dishes that are pickled or sauted. i.e. fried tofu called dooboo, mondoo (potstickers) noodles (lam yuhn), something similar to egg foo young (chinese) korean pancake w/ seafood. What ever you see during lunch and dinner is served for breakfast as well. Lots of veggies mainly and soups.
do not know for Sout Koreans... but chinese eat a lot of seafood and rice for breakfast....
My Korean sister-in-law used to stay with me for a while. Koreans eat a lot of kimchi and rice. Its very delicious, but you have to acquire a taste for it. The Korean diet is extremely healthy! I love the hot spicy taste and use of assorted vegetables. There are many many versions of kimchi. I suggest you patronize a Korean restaurant and just try some of the foods. In some cities there are Korean markets where you can purchase samples of their dishes.
