i love the south.i have family in louisiana and mississippi and south carolina also north carolina and florida.you was talking to people who have a lot of french in them and they are hard to understand but the people mostly are the nicest anywhere you will meet.the food is great! if you dont like it so spicy try mississippi or alabama its good stuff dude!

I live in Louisiana. People in New York sound funny to us when they speak. It all depends on where you are coming from.
The food here is great. We have some of the only unique cuisine in the country. You just can't get Louisiana food anywhere you go - that's what makes it special. To us, it is not particularly spicy. Its just what we are accustomed to.
oh man, just thinking about the south makes my mouth water. Im a proud new englander and i absolutely love the local cuisine here, but the south has something to it thats so great in their food. I think its the shameless love of butter, corn, and pork, some of my favorite ingredients
ya boi i live down here and i have 100% louisiana blood and um aint nutin funny bout people gettin shot and people dying or livin hard lives from da hurricane

Im from the south and we have some damn good food down here and the reason that ppl from Louisiana talk funny is because they have a lot of french in them.. Spicy food is part of their heritage. Haven't you ever heard of Gumbo??
i leave in Atlanta, Georgia..and i sound just like everyone else....it's like me saying people from the north sound weird... that's called stereotyping.
