Hi there! It's actually 'daun jeruk', the leaves of a citrus like shrub (Citrus hystrix) which lend a fresh, bright lemony taste to a dish. The fresh leaves are normally cut, extremely finely, julienne style. You can get a dried version too, which is obviously of a less pronounced flavour. Daun jeruk is used throughout Malaysia and Indonesia. The usual English name is Kaffir Lime.
Hope this helps.
