Answers:
Persian food is a variety of different dishes from Iran. It is known all around the world for its unique tastes. Dishes range from rice with cabbage and meatballs, to kotlet, a beef patty with potatoes inside.
Other Answers:
Persian food originates in the former Persian Empire which included Iran and what now is Turkey. The food then consisted of cracked wheat soaked in hot water until soft to which chopped parsley, mint, and coriander is added along with chopped red peppers. The wheat is served with lemon-flavored yogurt and cucumbers or zucchini. In modern times, it is served as a side dish with saffroned rice and olives alongside the main entre, which might be chicken served with walnuts.
