Mostly the same as the US.
Meat, potatoes and vegetables type meals - mostly derived from British and Irish cooking. Italian, French, Chinese and Eastern Europen cuisines have influenced the "traditional Canadian" dinner as well
Pasta, and stir fries are not uncommon. Fish and seafood are popular near the coasts.
Quebec has a stronger influence of French cuisine

I would expect the Canadians to follow the cultural traditions of their respective ethnicity with of course a touch of local influence. A 'traditional' Canadian cuisine does not exist in such a diverse mix of people.
There are indiginous Canadian cuisines, but nothing else would be considered to be "Canadian".
As with any other country with a multi-cultural society, each of them has had it's own influence, and each has been adapted to suit the ingredients available, but there is no particular Canadian cuisine, menu, food, etc.
What in the world would make you thing otherwise?
