Finely chop 1 c. walnuts in your food processor (or blender). Remove them. To the food processor, then add 1 large can peas, drained, 1 hard boiled egg and 1 small onion, which has been lightly sauteed. Puree in food processor, then add the walnuts back in and mix again. Use as a (thick) dip for crackers or pita bread. This is the only recipe I could find.
