Mexican food is all over California because it is near the border.
Italian, the mexican food here in the states has been converted into Tex-Mex. You can only find true mexican cuisine in the hispanic districts in urban areas or border states.
Italian -Pizza
Asian food is very good and sells well in our area. Mexican food is widely available, I have yet to spend a dime on it. I have many others that I would try first.

Well surprisingly ..according to un-bias recommendations in Washington D.C, the top ten international cuisine restaurants are as follows:
1. Indian cuisine for it's flavorsome dishes.
2. Ecuadorian dishes for their seared scallops over crispy rice, quail and salmon etc. etc.
3.Brazilian cuisine for their yellow-fin tuna and shrimps etc.
4.Indian cuisine again for it's tandoori chicken and samosas.
5.Spanish cuisine for it's paella and fruity sangria .
6.Lebanese cuisine for its falafel, hummus and rotisserie chicken.
7.Ethiopian cuisine for curry dishes and stews.
8. Mediterranean cuisine which has a variety of Lebanese dishes such as stuffed graped leaves and succulent roast duck.
9.Russian cuisine for their dishes such as mushroom potato crocotte.
