I have a really good friend and recently he had a mild stroke and is on a really strict diet, absolutely no charbo. It is really boring for him, and he is an elderly gentleman. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE GOOD OLD MASHED POTATOES,

THIS IS THE CLOSEST IN TEXTURE & MAKES YOU BELIEVE YOUR HAVING THE REAL THING.



BROCOLLI & CHEESE IS ALWAYS GOOD WHEN YOUR DOING LOW CARB TOO.
