Italian, no doubt about that. If there is a nation that loves its food it is these people and they do it so well. Not big on the coriander but you can always improvise. What could be easier than pasta and all their different sauces?
I really don't know what coriander is but I would try it on a cheese burger with the pepper. I hope that helps

well you could season lean lamb meat with black pepper and fry it.

But I am not big on coriander, and neither are Italians in general.
For black pepper, the best recipe I can think of is an Indian recipe called "Chicken Chettinad" - and it's absolutely wonderful. Lots of recipes on the net, try a few and decide on the best.
indian dishes are very easy...can take a while but easy ingredients and not much prep!

Not to be funny, but white trash chic. Don't thumb me down yet, I actually have a cookbook named this. Some of the recipes are very funny, and very easy. Like Aunt Millies PB&J supreme and her icebox cake is the best. To be honest, the title belies some very interesting fare that is simple to make and has very few ingredients.
