Answers:
250-season it to your liking, then place a small amount of water in the roasting pan & place the roast inside.Once you have done that, cover with a lid or foil.If using foil, poke several small fork holes in the foil to release some steam. With the temp so low,it should be cooked in about 3 to 4 hours.Be Blessed!

Other Answers:
brown it down in a heavy frying pan with onions and oil on all sides. Remove from frying pan and put in a baking dish, add water so that it covers half the roast add veggies if want to (carrots, potatoes) cover with aluminum foil bake at 350- 400 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Turn once in a while ad check water level. Add more water if need to.

It actually depends on the meat. Cook it in your usual way - don't overcook! - and then leave it, covered in tinfoil, outside the oven to "rest" for at least 15 minutes. The juices will then slowly settle back and, hopefully, make it moist and tender. 15 minutes

I cook mine at 325 degrees for about 3 hours.

I use the Mccormick cooking bag and I always use a shoulder roast or boneless chuck roast I add 1/2 cup water with seasoning and pit it in a roasting bag and cook it at325 for about three hours for a 3 lb. roast. Then I use the drippings for gravy base. This is tender and yummy servered with mashed potatoos.
