6:30 AM Sunday morning. Weekday mornings, usually they get their shipment then of fresh food and there isn't a lot of people like the weekends or evenings.

Just don't go too early.

Problem is, they are stocking shelves and it's a pain in the **** to get where I'm going. Other than that, it rocks.

definately not on teh weekend or right after everyone gets out of work.

very early in the morning or very late at night midnight when all the old and or drugged up people go i used to work at one and ya im pretty sure this one dude who went in there every friday at 1 o clock was on black tar.....

I go on Saturday morning before 10 am... when people are sleeping in. Or Sunday morning when people are at church. Early in the morning, Like Before 8:00. Any day of the week. From working in a grocery store. The shelves will be stocked and the produce will be as fresh as possible. Goin in the middle of the night is not a good idea. Most Stockers are out, shelves are being restocked, workers are in the way, poor customer service if needed, and produces is being interchanged for the next day.

No one's around, and because no one is around, they crank up their funky music that they don't normally play, which allows you to dance down the aisles with your shopping cart while picking up Hungry Man dinners and horseradish mustard.

midnight. no one is there. You can watch other stoners come in all red eyed to purchase munchies. no lines. and it's easy to sneak a few grapes and cookies at that hour. plus if you get there as they are changing their sale prices(usually removing them) you can still get the sale price because they still have them up.

Well, if you are looking for bargins on meat, usually on Monday or Tuesday mornings. You still have a day or two to use or to get it into the freezer. I've always lived on a tight budget until I went to work and my husband has always been the one providing for our family. As far as the time of day, early morning (7:00 am) or late evening (10:00pm-11:00pm). BEFORE 9 AM OR AFTER 7 PM

When the shelves are full and the aisles are empty!

When the store is open.
