I don't get how you are going to choose a best answer for this one! Everyone has different opinions on the best type of food. I might say Chinese, while you might say Indian! For me, I prefer Italian.
The best type is the type each person prefers, as long as it is a healthy choice :0).
The best type of food is when it's free and plentiful.
There is none in particular, the best is a combination of good ingredients and a lot of art with a pinch of good taste, that is what the chefs do with simple and affordable ingredients.
Good food. Italian, Chinese, dessert food, Japanese, really, I'm a gourmand.
