Kitty said: Yes.What is the best way to bake Quiche?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What is the best way to bake Quiche?),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
Bake the crust until golden. Fill crust then bake at 350 for about an hour. The center should be pretty firm. It will continue to bake after it comes out of the oven, so don't bake until it's hard or it will dry out. Let stand at least 30 minutes before cutting. I usually cook mine most of the way through the day before and then let it finish cooking when I heat it up the next day. It is easier to cut when it's cold.
Other Answers:
bake the crust for 5 minutes before you put the filling in. I usually bake my quiche for 45 minutes at 350. Anything still runny after that gets nuked. Any longer and the crust will burn..... but if you don't bake the crust before the filling it comes out soggy...

In an oven! LOL I bake the crust for 8 minutes but first I put fork holes in the crust then bake, till crusty and brown, then add some cheese on the crust before adding the fillings this gives it some thickness on the bottom ,and esay to remove, and then bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes til the center is firm .use the lower part of the oven for half the time then move to the top for browning.
