Answer:
Green-Green Guacamole
2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
MIX all ingredients until well blended.
SERVE with tortilla chips.
add some Lime juice to it......or save the avocado pit and keep it in the guacamole. THis really works!
lemon juice.
Exposure to air causes avacados to turn brown. Put the guacamaole in a dish, then cover the dish with saran wrap. You mus push the saran down on top of the guacamole so that it's touching. You might still have a little brown, just stir it up before your guests arrive and it should be fine.
a small squeeze of lemon juice will help keep the guacamole green longer
here's a good recipe link:

To keep it from turning brown, put the big seed in the middle.
like everyone is saying put some lime juice also the pit they really help try putting saran wrap on top of the guacamole so no air get into it that way when you are getting ready to use it it wont be dark ugly color try making salsa with guacamole try making green salsa then adding the avocados like this take four tomatillo that's that green stuff that looks like tomatoes but has like Green skin then add 2 jalapenos in a boiling pot you are going to put this when that has come to a boil in a blender you are going to put those ingredient and add cilantro garlic 1/4 of a onion and the avocado put water to your liking in thick ness then enjoy with some chips or put some on some carne asada,
Squeeze fresh lime juice in it. Chili powder will help, too.
Squeeze a fresh organic lemon. lime or orange over the guac after you mix in the other stuff (if you add other stuff) and stir well. The acid in the cirtrus will help keep the 'cados from browning.
I think the best way to keep guacamole green, is in glass jars.
I have just bought a bag of guacamole green crisps from Marks & Spencers, wonderful taste.
