I'm from Malaysia and Singapore PR.
M'sia are famous of Chinese, Indian and Malay Cuisine.
Chinese food will be like Penang Fried Kuay Teow, Kajang Satay, Klang Bak Kut Teh and Ampang Yeong Tau Fu.
Indian food will be like Roti Canai, Banana Leaf rice, Curry Fish Head, Indian Rojak etc. As for the Malay Dish, it also depends on individual states as they serves their own signature dish. For example in Kuala Terengganu, you will have nasi minyak and nasi kerabu which you can't find it in Kuala Lumpur.
Singapore is famous of chicken rice, Chili crab, black pepper crab, S'pore fried mee hoon, and all kinds of cuisine.
In fact both countries have all kinds of food, from cheap to expensive dining. You should be able to enjoy it with different different kind of races serving you.
I'm from Barcelona, Spain.
Typical Spanish/Catalan foods are paella, pa amb tomaquet (bread rubbed with tomatoe..you cut the tomato in half first!..with olive oil on top), snails, roast duck with pine nuts and prunes, botifarra (a sausage similar to bratwurst) served with white beans, haba beans with hams and sausage, delicious pastries, etc.
Milwaukee Wisconsin!!! Home of beer and brats.
Im from PR and the main dish is rice with pigeon peas and any kind of meat as well as rice, beans and fried chicken. For the holidays rice with pigeon peas and pork and pasteles. Hmmm...good! Coquito (eggnog) for drink for it has alcohol.
i'm from san francisco and we're famous for our seafood! if you ever get to go down to fisherman's wharf (which you should!) you will find everything from shrimp sandwiches with sourdough buns,HUGE clam chowder bread bowls, king crab legs, sauteed scallops with garlic and herbs, lobster, crab and so much more!! mmm my mouth is watering...
