    What is the difference between BREAD FLOUR and regular bleached FLOUR?

Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Bread flour also has a higher protein content in it
Bread flour has a higher gluten content. It makes the bread chewy and will make a cake heavy if you use it instead of regular flour. It does make GREAT pizza dough!
BLEACHED flour is whitened with benzyl peroxide. If a flour hasn't been bleached it isn't as white because no bleach has been added to it.
Some people just like whiter flour - don't go for it.
Bread flour has a more gluten in it to make bread "chewier" and have more body!
