hi the difference between british curry to indian curry is that the british boil theirs with way less spices to cater to the taste buds of their people. now the indian curry is the original which is far more tastier due to the flavor of the different spices and it is hotter. now when i want to eat curry i for sure think india before i would british therefore i will go out and purchase the authentic taste of india. i mean after all thats the whole point of eating foreign food is to get as close as you can to what it should taste like, you would want a native to cook your meal too.
the british curry is boiled to death
british-indian curry is not as tasteful as original indian curry
Very simple, British curry is made for the white men's palette. Not too spicy ,not too hot.
Less spice to suit the British palate,yet as near to a curry as possible .
Same difference as Chinese food in China vs American Chinese food.
