Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(What is the difference between regular butter and Irish butter?),it will help you,my kids.
I saw some at Costco and was wondering what is the difference??
Answer:
irish butter bit creamier and smooth with a sweet taste the smell is a bit thick compared to regular old fashioned butter. But i'd choose irish becuse of my calories. its healthier.
Same as the difference between regular coffee and irish coffee? - probably :)
The fat content is higher, making it richer and so ummy good! French butter is also higher in fat, but quite expensive. Compare the fat content to other butters and you may find something comparable for less money!
I grew up eating Irish butter, in Ireland, and I don't notice any difference between that and regular high-end butter from a US grocery store.
I recommend Kerrygold - not because its Irish but because its just an excellent eating butter. For cooking I just use one of the cheap Oregon butters
?? perhaps they put a shot of whisky in it??
the price
I did buy the Irish butter in my store once and it's creamier, but it doesn't cook any differently or anything
to me, it wasn't worth it
