Falafel is made of garbanzo beans (chick peas) and spices, rolled into small balls, and deep fried. Falafel is commonly served in a pita with salad, and various condiments (mostly Tahini). It is absolutely delicious (if you go to the right place).

Felafel is a preparation of garbanzo beans, ground up (to different levels of coarseness) and rolled into balls, then deep fried in oil. Some people add in garlic, lemon juice, salt, and sometimes a little tehina (sesame seed). Generally eaten in a pita, with sald and humus or tehina as additives. Israel has this, as do most Arabic countries of the middle east, and north africa. Great source of protein (garbanzo nuts).
it's a kind of Persian food ( from south of Iran)...Also Arabic people eat that....it's very spicy !!
