Answer:
I cook with middle eastern and Indian spices regularly so that's not really exotic to me. I guess the most exotic thing for me was reindeer meatballs. A Norwegian friend told me it would be good.
I guess it would be jellied monkey brains - my aunt made it, (east india), but I sure didn't enjoy it!
I've eaten a lot of different stuff in my time!
I ate a goat eye, bought it from a sreet vendor in Mexico. If you ever eat one remember this piece of advise. Swallow whole, don't chew.
Once while is in Italy, I was walking by myself when I smelled a very distictive smell. It was coming from a building, inside I was givin a free sample, they talked in an odd language called italian. I ate the different tasting food, it was delicious, it had bread, with cheese and tomato sauce on it. They call it "Pizza".
escargot on a cruise. it was...slimy. and buttery.
Mostly, it was fun because we had to sit with these rednecks that would only eat steak, and the look on their faces when they saw us eating snails.priceless.
at parties!
If you have never dined at a Lebanese or even Afghanistan restaurant it is a must. Middle Eastern chefs have an incredible talent in knowing about spices and how to cook with them. I've traveled a lot. Eaten food in Russia, Greece, Japan, Hawaii, Israel, Lebanon and Lebanese (even Afghanistan) has the best cuisine I've ever eaten. :)
One of my brothers is a chef in Paris France. French food is supurb. But Lebanese cuisine is still my favorite.
Hi I Can An, I am just an american girl and as exotic i can get is a

Stir-fried duck ovaries, steamed pork brains, dried fallopian tubes of the snow frogs in sweet broth in restaurants in Taipei.
Deep fried scorpions on fresh lettuce, and barbecued whole sparrows on skewer in Beijing.
I haven't eaten nothing that is exotic that I know of. I have eaten frog legs.
Food cooked by I Can Answer Anything. Was not purchased, but given free.
I have eaten snake - taste like chicken, emu, crocodile, ostrich. I have eaten bush limes (australia) and wichetry grubs (Australia)

Snake, monkey, bugs - Panama
Frog legs, gator tail - USA

-Emu, Kangaroo, Ostrich, Crocodile (Australia)
Moreton Bay bugs and wittery grabs
Pigs blood, intestines, lungs, kidneys - in a porridge from a street vendor in Malaysia

** On the whole, I think that Asians eat a lot of funky food that more sedate countries like America might find weird. To us it's normal ;P... That may be why 1/2 the food on Fear Factor looks like lunch to us. hahaha**
I ate dog meat once- I was in Seoul, and a Korean friend told me that I had to try that dish, but he didn't tell me what it was. After I ate it, he told me it was dog meat. I actually didn't mind the taste, but I wouldn't eat it again, because it creeps me out- my dog is like a family member to me.
I've eaten escargot, brain, blood sausage, etc, but that's not really exotic- it's standard if you've lived in Europe for awhile.
