Answer:
king prawn an steamed veg with steamed rice (brown rice if they do it)
probably just white rice and vegetable stir fry with little sauce.
I love Chinese food, so I order whatever I want when I have it.
Vegetable Chow Mein is the least fattening and most filling..Chicken Chow Mein is good for us meat eaters.
Best wishes, Mike.
A pair of chopsticks. Go for it!
Healthy Chinese Take-Out
Tips for lowering fat and calories when you order food from a Chinese take-out restaurant.
Do...
Reduce the amount of meat in your meal.
Order more vegetable dishes or dishes that have a high proportion of vegetables, such as Beef with Broccoli.
Order steamed rice. Filling up on steamed rice will mean you eat less of the other dishes. Another reason to eat rice is that it is a complex carbohydrate. Besides being low in calories, complex carbohydrates boost the metabolism.
Stick to Cantonese cuisine if possible. Cantonese dishes tend to be lighter and use fresh ingredients.
Let the restaurant know your dietary needs so that they can accommodate you if possible.
Cut down on sodium the day you are planning to order Chinese food. Most Chinese restaurant dishes have a very high sodium count.
Don't...
Order deep-fried dishes such as Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, Mu Shu Pork, or even Egg Rolls.
Order fried rice. The eggs in fried rice mean a high cholesterol count.
Order dishes with nuts (another reason to say no to Kung Pao and General Tso's Chicken). In moderation, nuts are quite healthy, and a staple in most Asian diets. In fact, recent studies indicate that peanuts (which is not really a nut at all, but a legume) may even lower cholesterol. But take-outs use way too much. Unless you can persuade them to reduce the amount, steer clear of all the tempting chicken and nut combinations.
Order dishes with heavy sauces.

One final tip: when searching for a good take-out, my normal strategy is to find a Chinese restaurant that offers take-out and then dine there one evening - preferably during their peak busy hours. If the food is good, then I'll order take-out from them.
Chicken and beansprouts. But it's still cooked in oil.
chinese food is actually quite healthy. try any of the cantonese fish dishes. or ofcourse vegetable dishes. try to avoid sechuan, it has a lot of batter and oil usually.
Boiled rice.
The chop soey i think, its all water and veg. Have the curry tho, much tastier.
You'll have to order plain rice and some steamed vegetables Order sauce, if you must, on the side (and use very little of it). If they offer brown rice, choose that instead of white.
This is absolutely fine, health-wise and is a convenient option if you are tired or in a hurry. Problem is, It's not very much fun, so not many people actually do it. They get tempted by something else on those extremely extensive menus, and it ruins it if you add an eggroll or something.
Wor Won Ton soup. A big serving. It's a broth-based soup and it has meat and vegetables. It's really tasty and if you eat the whole thing it makes a good meal.
Chicken and broccoli over rice, My favorite is Shrimp Lo mein or Kung Pao Chicken(general chicken..) It's probably not that healthy but it tastes good. I would say all chinese is good except NO MSG or starchy stuff...You can just do veggie stir fry.
vegetables.duh
vegetables and rice, thats the healthiest I can think of!
something with veggies and a protein, like chicken, and white sauce.
moo goo gai pan is good for you and a personal fave.
Lots of Chinese food is healthy since it's loaded with veggies lots of the time.
to be honest with you chinese food is pretty much healthy rice veggies..small servings of meats....now if you order fried chicken and things like that those are really not chinese...
Try fish in garlic sauce or bean sauce. Steamed rice goes a long way with it.
Plain boiled rice and stir fried veggies are an option but if you are looking to reduce your carb intake this may not be such a good choice- they are certainly healthy foods though.
Prawns are extremely low in fat as long as they are not hong kong style and coated in a thick batter.
Look for anything containing green leafy vegetables such as pak choi and broccoli they are very nutricious. If you are going for fried noodles go for the thicker chow mein style ones rather than fine rice noodles or singapore style. The finer the noodle, the greater surface area there is for fat and oils to coat.
You may want to also try squid or scallops as an alternative to meat which in a chinese takeaway can be rather fatty and filled with additives and colourants. Tofu is often available but not everybody likes it and it is often deep fried.
Soups can be a good option for a more healthy side dish or starter. Hot and sour soup is particularly nice, I always order it when I have a cold and it seems to make me feel better.
Good takeaways will often make you a main dish of your own choosing if you ask them to, so shop around.

Evert thing in chinese cooking is balanced to perfection, so you may order any thing without the bother.
It really depends on the take away.
I work in a chinese takeaway and we don't sell some of the stuff listed here.
But I would say the veg chow mein.
roast chicken
Vegetables with boiled rice. hotpots are also healthier as they're steamed rather than fried in dodgy old oil.
If it is offered, ask for the Buddhist Delight's.
Its usually nothing more than vegetables and tofu's. Its
said that these dishes contain or use organic vegetables.
Boiled onions boiled beansprouts anything boiled, you asked for healthy not tasty
When I used to do Weight Watchers you were allowed to have chicken & pineapple and plain boiled rice from the Chinese as part of the permitted menu, so I expect it is pretty low in saturated fat.
It tastes "okay"... lol
Singapore rice noodles are low in fat and taste lovely
stir fry or plain chow mein. boiled rice, yuk
