Being half Choctaw and raised by a Native American mother, I like fresh pig feet just boiled until the meat is falling off the bone. Now you can say YUCK. LOL But what's yours?

Answer:
Not , not going to say yuk.
I love pig feet too. People from the city says a lot of things I eat are weird. I guess they think poke salad and dandelions are the weirdest, being part Cherokee I like ramps and other wild greens too. Like field and water creases.
fermented soy beans
barbacoa this is cow face
sauteed cabbage with dried kombu seaweed!!!
duck tongue, fish eyes, chicken ***, pig tail, pig brain... and of course my favourite. bats!
Eating pig flesh will kill you. You will develop high blood pressure, heart attacks, migraines, and the whole 9 yards. Research it's trich worms and what it does to the body.

My secret delight is pickles with lemonade kool aid straight from the package pored on them. It enhances the flavor by 10 times and makes it super sour! *pucker up*

It taste really good like that though. LOL!
I like muktuk. That is whale blubber. I didn't think it would be good at first, but I had it a few times with some native friends here in Alaska. I can't eat it raw like they do, though. Mine has to be boiled for a half hour. After eating it you feel warmth radiating from your stomach through half of your body.
I also like walrus, but was only lucky enough to get it once.
grilled variety of fresh fish with matching grated raw mango with anchovies, tomatoe, onion and or vinegar, soy sauce with onion and calamansi plus hot chili pepper and one more is crispy pata
crispy pata is pigs pig boiled with onion, salt, black pepper and onion leeks then when half cooked deep fry it or put it on turbo.
Chicken livers. I love them fried. No one in my family likes them. I know a person, I won't call her my friend. She likes to drop in at dinner time. I told her to call first, and now everytime she calls and asks "What's for dinner, I tell her chicken livers. She hasn't been to dinner in quite a while. Ha
i like octopus. not raw, u know seasoned and fried. not kalamari. i'm half puerto rican and we eat that a lot!
Lamb brain, tripes and feet (poor lamb), octopus, snails..
Well, I don't think it's unusual, but some people have expressed their disgust - fermented tofu, chilli flavoured. It's perfect with greens. Also cheesy chilli shin-ramen, but you have to use the American style orange processed cheese because it dissolves into the soup, thickening it a bit and blending perfectly with the Korean Gochu chilli powder unlike real cheese which just goes stringy. Stringy = no good. I swore that this was an abomination - a veritable pox on food when I first heard about it, but I quickly changed my mind. Oh, and I actually like bitter melon.
Pickled eggs, the purple kind pickled with beet juice.

Oh and the Auntie Ann's (if anyone knows that franchise) almond pretzel dipped in honey mustard rather then the frosting they pair it with. Interestingly good flavor combo.
