Calcium peroxide
Nitrogen dioxide
Chlorine
Chlorine dioxide, which is reported to produce diabetes-causing contaminant alloxan when reacting with the proteins contained in flour
Azodicarbonamide
Atmospheric oxygen, used during natural aging of flour
