At first for me it's French food obviously, but too some recipes which sometimes seem like half chinese/french or Italian, it depend my mood in fact and what there is in my fridge.

Many countries have interesting food. I try not to limit myself to anything in particular. but I do like various asian cuisines such szechuan, Japanese, Indonesian Thai and Vietnamese as well as Indian and Tibetan. Mexican and some African is very good too. With European, specialties like Dutch and French cheeses, German cakes, Dutch or Danish pastries and Greek desserts.

Will have a good old roast leg of hogget and all of the trimmings, ta
