Lithuanian traditional cuisine . lots of potatoes and sour cream ... and bacon crumbs. things like ravioli or pierogi with meat in them served with butter, vinegar and..more sour cream! All kinds of mushrooms, too! They have a dessert cake called Napoleon that's layers and layers of phyllo, butter cream and apricot that's to die for! There's lots more, but I'm just mentioning what I could go for now!

That would be my very own Lasagna of five meats (ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, bacon and Italian sausage) and five cheeses (mozzarella, manchego, Parmesan, ricotta and Mexican double cream cheese! Made with my own sauce which includes fresh Roma tomatoes, chopped onion, sliced garlic, beef rib stock, white wine, sliced olives, mushrooms, olive oil, anchovies, many spices. Cooked in a giant metal tray, 1 foot by two feet by 5" tall....
