A whole wheat pain de miche from Poilane's in Paris delivered fresh to my front door compliments if the World Wide Web.
Lithuanian traditional cuisine . lots of potatoes and sour cream ... and bacon crumbs. things like ravioli or pierogi with meat in them served with butter, vinegar and..more sour cream! All kinds of mushrooms, too! They have a dessert cake called Napoleon that's layers and layers of phyllo, butter cream and apricot that's to die for! There's lots more, but I'm just mentioning what I could go for now!

That would be my very own Lasagna of five meats (ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, bacon and Italian sausage) and five cheeses (mozzarella, manchego, Parmesan, ricotta and Mexican double cream cheese! Made with my own sauce which includes fresh Roma tomatoes, chopped onion, sliced garlic, beef rib stock, white wine, sliced olives, mushrooms, olive oil, anchovies, many spices. Cooked in a giant metal tray, 1 foot by two feet by 5" tall....
(it is always advisable to obtain a medical doctor's approval (heart specialist) before attempting this lasagna)
"brodetto", a fish soup, made with pieces of various fish, and "mesta", a kind of polenta cooked in water and milk and eaten with fish
Ortolans with my college friends in France.
This were unusually delicious rare baby birds which were soaked in brandy and roasted whole. We had to eat with a sheet over our heads (tradition?). They made us eat the whole thing, guts, tiny bones and all. Wasn't bad with lots of wine and brandy!
Anything Serbian! My boyfriend's mother makes the most amazing serbian foods, and also makes her own bread. Serb sausages, cevapcici, is what i'm most looking forward to trying! Eurocrem, to die for. Ajvar, amazing on toast!

In Santorini in the Greek Islands - Moussaka
In Budapest in Hungary - spicy Hungarian Goulash with Hungarian beer
In Munich in Germany - Venison Stew with noodles

German- sausage
Dutch- ollieballen (sweet bread balls with powdered sugar)
Italian- spaghetti bolonase (spaghetti with tomato-meat sauce)
Swiss- fondue (melted cheese you dip bread or other things in)
Belgian- chocolate
French- creme brulee
Spain- flan
Austria- wienerschnitzel (like chicken fried steak)
That would be:
* Tagliatelle Salmone which is pasta with salmon (Italian)
* Souvlaki which is grilled pork with red rice, zaziki and coleslaw (Greek)
Yummy
That would be Fries.
