you can get chicken, shrimp, lobster, scallops, etc. they usually serve it with fried rice and vegetables. it's a fun experience cuz the chefs will do tricks like flipping a shrimp at you to catch in your mouth and make a volcano out of some flammable liquid and a cut up onion. it's all done right in front of you on the hibachi grill. have fun!
They traditionally serve Japanese cuisine. Many will also have a Sushi bar in addition to the Hibachi tables. If you've never been, they are AWESOME, the Chefs are very talented and the food is usually quite good, but the show they put on almost makes you forget about the food. Enjoy and have fun!

The hibachi's by me also serve a wide range of sushi as well as steaks.
If you do the traditional hibachi, it is quite a show. :) :)
its all grilled food or skewered food.
Can't go wrong with the steak and shrimp. The one near my house has some great rolls as well.
