what kind of foods are served in hispanic families during la Semana Santa, Dia de Pascual, Dia de Independencia, la Navidad, la Noche Buena, Cinco de Mayo?

Answer:
My husband is from Mexico and for Noche Buena his family makes tamales and pozole, for most holidays they also like to make carnitas, a very tender pork, beans go with everything, guacamole too. During semana santa we had shrimp cakes, fish stew.
IT DEPENDS , IAM FROM PR, AND SEMANA SANTA, WOULD BE MORE SEAFOOD.DIA DE PASCUAL WOULD BE TURKEY,NAVIDAD IS MORE ROAST PORK, ARROZ CON GANDULES, PASTLES,AND NOCHE BUENA IS ALMOST THE SAME, WITH BAKED HAM ,WE DONT CELEBRATE CINCO DE MAYO, NAMASTE
