Answer:
a lot...
tomato - tomato puree for various sauces
Below are for mousse / milk shake / smoothies
strawberries
blueberries
banana
mangoes
papaya
kiwi
melon
apple + lemon juice
carrot
For soup
mushroom + cream
cooked pumpkin + cream
cooked potatoes + cream or milk
carrot + onion + celery + tomato .
corn + cream
pea + milk + cream
spice + herbs + olive oil + pamersan cheese + nuts = pesto
spice + herbs + oil + coconut cream = curry paste
You can pretty much puree any food type...
Take the obvious, fruit and vegetables, you can readily purchase tomato puree for example. You'll find that combinations of foods can be pureed to great effect both aesthetically and flavour-wise. Experiment and find the foods you cannot puree!
Tomato Soup
Cream of "Anything" soup
homemade mayonnaise
pesto (maybe not quite pureed)
tartar sauce
dressings for salads, cole slaw
well the only ones that i know are fruits other than that i have no idea.
usually baby food!
