fruit and vegetables if you have some lite cream cheese and chilli sauce make a dip and cut up vegetables straws or rice crakers.
vegetable can also be cut up and put with boiling water and blender to make a soup. add herb and spice to taste
or a fruit platter with some low fat crackers
