    What's healthier, chinese food or pizza?

Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

hell some of chinese restaurant have loads of fat n msg's in there food, especially the mall ones.
Depends on the kind. If you get pizza with not alot of crust or cheese but alot of veggies, that's healthier. But if you get veggies and healthy chicken for chinese with a little whole grain rice than that's healthier.
Chinese food, most fo it is healthy rice and veggies.

It's not greasy and most of it has cheese to clog up your arteries and it contains less meat which cause heart desease.

and you can see through a wall if you wipe pizza on it... so much grease and High in Saturated Fat..

better to go with some real asian food like Thai or Vietnamese, maybe japanese..

I would say authentic Chinese food, not that take away stuff, Go to a nice Chinese restaurant in Chinatown it is way better than the small chinese take outs

Pizza is infamous for its' calories but recently, "Americanized" Chinese food has lots of excess grease and oil. Despite this, Chinese food is still better because it's not all fat.
i think both Chinese food or Pizza, it depends the food you want to eat because Chinese food at least you can choose anything you want vegetables or seafood's...pizza is OK sometimes..
I would vote for Pizza, thin crust. The olive oil, garlic and tomato sauce etc...is very healthy as long as you don't make a pig of yourself. I'm talking about real pizza, not greasy overly doughy fast food type pizza.

Chinese food can go overboard with starch and oil at times. Depends on what type, etc...If you have something steamed and light, that is pretty healthy.

Anyways, if you want to compare two different kinds of foods, you need to be more specific. It seems like you don't know different kinds of Chinese food and pizzas.

It really depends on how you cook Chinese food. There are many healthy ways to cook up a Chinese meal. I would say, self prepared Chinese food is healthier than PIZZA
