i don't like sausage so i would say go with the ground beef!
I always use a mix of ground beef and ground sausage. Whether I'm making meatballs or simply cooking up the ground meat and adding it to the sauce. No need to be indecisive, just be indulgent.
Both! I usually use both italian sausage and ground beef in my spaghetti and lasagna recipes.
I've never made it with sausage.now that's starting to sound really good...
Everyone loves my spaghetti and my main thing is using half Italian sausage and half hamburger meat. I start with Prego sauce as my base. Brown the sausage and hamburger and drain. Add it to the sauce. I also saute chopped onion, slice mushrooms and garlic in olive oil to add to the sauce. Throw in some slice black olives, and sprinkle in your favorite spices/seasonings. I never have leftovers!

I like spaghetti sauce with a mixture of both lean hamburger and mild sausage. The sausage perks up the taste a little more than just plain hamburger.
