Hopefully you'd vomit immediately and most of it would leave your system, however it's possible you could accidentally inhale some and end up with a nasty lung infection or actually absorb some of it and die a slow, painful death. I'd advise you to find another way of spending your time today, as the ER is usually busy enough with accidental trauma and they don't need any self-inflicted trauma to deal with.
You'd probably be OK...at least for the next 3000 miles.

Depends a lot on how much, but even a little and it will act as castor oil and...well...loosen your stool, shall we say. More, and you will likely get sick. A lot and you will wish you were dead, but it probably won't actually kill you.
don't forget to eat the oil filter too....
