I like to scrape mine off the warm West Virginia roadside...aged 3 days...then I tend to get some Limburger cheese and butter up some bread...set that baby on the Engine of my rip roarin RV while I drive to Cuzzin Jim Bobs house and by the time I get to the door his hounddogs are bellowin up a storm cuz they smells them an per-fectly grilled possum sammich!
But thats just me!
