Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Where can I find Nutrition Facts on Items at a Chineese Bakery?),it will help you,my kids.

Stuff like Cream Buns, and Egg Tarts, etc...

Obviously different bakerys may have different ingredients and such. But in general where can I find information on those items?

Answer:
Try asking the counter at the Chinese Bakery, especially if it is located in a major city that may require them to provide such information.

Otherwise, you can try using a general database like the USDA nutrient database (listed in source) OR you can go to a large restaurant company's website that sells similar products to estimate.
i can only wish you good luck - very seldom the chinese bakery will put out such fact. what i can suggest you to do is look at the recipe online and see whether they put it out but like you said, they may use different ingredients and such
Hah! Us Chinese don't care to spend the time to figure out the nutritient facts! You'd prob. get the best resultings from just searching the web.
nutritiondata.com is a database where you can look up any type of food, from a whopper jr at burger king, to tofu and asian food. It will give you all the nutritional information you need. check it out, it's easy to use too.
Might be hard to find. Most of the Chinese bakery buns are fresh homemade for that day. I like to eat these items, I just watch what I eat.
