If there are any local Asian shops, I would try there first...after doing some hunting I found a place that carries a lot of stuff. Otherwise, to buy on line...

If you have a Barnes & Noble nearby, you may be able to find a sushi kit there...that's were I got mine. I just saw one the other day in the clearance section. It comes with everything you need to get started. The edible stuff can be found at Wal-Mart. You can find nori, long grain rice and rice wine vinegar in the Asian foods isle...I probably wouldn't trust their fish though, you should find a good fishmonger for that.
You can find them at a place called Bed Bath and Beyond. I hope you have one close by.
