Definitely at a fish market.not a regular supermarket!
Any high end grocery store or fish handler will have it.
Try your local fishmonger or go to your nearest japanese restaurant or sushi bar and ask where they get there's from!
Go to your local fishmonger- don`t even hope for anything fresh enough from a supermarket!
I wouldn't get it from a supermarket they aren't fresh enough. If you have a local fish monger then that would be best if not there are fish mongers that deliver you can find them on line
