Uhm... everywhere? Are you actually having a hard time finding it or are you just not bothering to look before you ask. Most supermarkets have it. Sometimes they don't have it fresh. In those cases you will find it in the frozen foods with the other veggies or placed with a group of one company's products like Goya's.
What kind of cassava you want? If you like greated casava you can get it to a chineese store, those who sell all kind of chinese food. And if you like a whole fresh cassava you can find it to and Indian store if you got one down where you lived. Indian store got a lot of ethnic food. Good luck of looking for your cassava
