never heard of it, or half the ingredients you just listed... sounds like a euro-only thing to me.

mc donalds, it's one of the summer special ones they did last year, don't know if they will do them this year or not
but, you can always ask at any mc donalds & they will make your burger to order as this is their polocy
i never heard of the sandwich. I t is probable only in europe.
by the way Mcdonalds policy is to make anything the customer wants but only if they carry the products and it does not cause any food safety issues.
you cannot get that in the USA unless you make it yourself, even then some of the ingredients will be difficult to find. Every country McDonalds Franchises have their own specialty styles of burgers which is made.
