well. lately.anything that i can bbq. i had marinated this pork steaks and put them and the juice inside a vacpac bag and sealed it. the flavouring got right inside the meat. left it and bbq'ed it the next day..yesterday actually..man....was it ever good. soft, juicy and delicious.

My favourite is Thai food, I like the subtleties of the flavours. We have introduced several friends to Thai food, friends who were too afraid to try it because they thought all Thai food was 'chilli' hot. It isn't. After tasting Thai food our sceptical friends have been won over.

I like these two equally :Chinese Dim Sum, which consists of a great variety of appetizer-like servings, fried or steamed, and Indian Curry.
Chinese foods have many recipes . Some are nice, others are not. So, I cannot put them all under one category, but my favorite of all is the Dim Sum variety dishes. You cannot get this anywhere, only in some restaurants. It is expensive because the items are made individually (labor costs).
