I'm getting really angry, my favorite food in te world is yorkshire pudding and no one except for my extended family seems to know what it is. I live in Canada but have English ancestry, i think that has something to do with it but pretty much everyone where i live is english or german so why dont people eat, why dont people know what it is? Grrrg, if you enjoy yorkshire pudding, wat country do you live in?
thanks

OMG I tried it once at a family gathering & I felt ripped off because it's not pudding! I was just a kid but still...
I live in UK and like yorkshire pudding, i think people can't be bothered to cook that much these days specially traditional food.

I have always enjoyed yorkshire pudding. I have raised my girls with it and they all love it too. I understand what you are saying, no one I have spoken with much knows what it is. You are not alone..Canadian here too
You're kidding right? I LOVE yorkshire pudding, and I know few people from home who DON'T know what it is! I'm crappy at making it so I don't eat it often anymore, my my mom and one of my aunts are masters!
I'm from Newfoundland, I assume you're from down east too... mainlanders don't seem to know it as much.
Yummy! USA
We eat them at least once a week, we're from the uk (south-east).
I eat yorkshire pudding and when I had my restaurant we served it with our prime rib. I am in Joplin, Missouri USA. Now days people do not want to take the time to make it. Yes it is an English dish however it is not a dish that you find outside families with strong ties to England. The fact that the drippings from the cooking of beef is involved some people are turned of for health reasons.
It is a good side dish that is rarely use anymore in the USA.
I'm from Ireland and I love eating them a ridiculous amount. My dad's family is from Yorkshire so I guess that's where I get my love from.
Very few people know what they are here either, such a pity!
I used to eat it until I found out there were beef drippings were in it. No beef fat for me, thank you. Yucky.
never heared about it
