Positively a home-made one from an Italian market. They are usually not filled with that really finely ground meat and spices. They cut more like a piece of meat. Usually they will come in hot and mild and sometimes with flavors like romano cheese, garlic, etc. If no Italian market in your area, try to find a good butcher shop.
Scala and Johnsonville are great!
make your own, thats the best.....in store there all about the same, if you like hot soak the in tabasco like chicken wing's there good....make sure you have cold beer !

It's called something like Giarelli -not sure exactly but very good. Price Chopper and Hannaford both carry it!
