Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Why are my chips always raw when I order my Friday night chinese takeaway?),it will help you,my kids.

No matter where I order it from!

Answer:
cuz they have a lot more orders on a friday so they r rushing to get them all out asap, so they dont have enough time or patience to wait for the chips to cook properly
Because the Chinese like raw chips and sushi peas.
It must be something to do with that area............they probably taught each other to cook lol

My chinese is fantastic x
mine aren't x

maybe get them a bit earlier and stick em in the oven for a bit?
chips aren't exactly a chinese delicacy - they probably don't know how to cook them. why not pick them up from the chippy?
because they haven't been cooked for long enough?

They are in a hurry on fri and sat nights and therefore take them out sooner.
They`re not raw, they`re rare! Ask for `em to be well done next time. {:o)
i know what you mean i have yet to got good chips from a Chinese its like they just dont have that gene or something its weird i say stop givin yourself a headache about it jus stick to the old fried rice
Change your take away.
Try getting chips from the chip shop. Chips are NOT Chinese.
Our Chinese takeaway chips are better than the Chippies across the road from them! But a heck of a lot saltier. So I'd say it's a local chef thing.
