I look for a Kosher symbol that would indicate that they are Kosher but don't find one.

Answer:
Kosher dills are not necessarily kosher.

Traditionally, American dill pickles were flavoured with just dill and salt.

My understanding is that the Jewish immigrants started flavouring dill pickles with dill, salt and Garlic.

That means that a Kosher Dill will have garlic in it, but won't necessarily be made in a way that is truly Kosher.
The product that you looked at did not request certification from the certifying agency in order to be considered kosher. All products used to make the pickle have to be traced back to its origin with proof.

Same as all other food products, getting a Kosher label ("K" in a circle in the US) is about applying for it, so it will be available for kosher keeping Jew costumers.
In case of pickles, it doesn't really tell much about the flavor, because there are not so many restrictions for veggies.
I suppose, most brands that historically related to Jewish immigrants will be Kosher.
