Well it's a fact that Mexican people love chinese food.If you go to Mexico you will notice that there's alot of Chinese restaurants too.I don't think chinese like Mexican food.I've never seen one eat Mexican.
Maybe the Chinese keep their restaurants "notoriously" clean and the Mexicans keep theirs notoriously nasty?

As a rule, Mexicans living in the USA are there to work, so one restaurant is pretty much like any other. The Chinese try to open businesses, Mexicans are just labor.

Seeing as how Mexicans are the fastest growing minority demographic, it's not surprising that you often see them in Chinese restaurants. You probably see them more often just about everywhere such as the gas station too. Do Chinese people not frequent gas stations or do they use less gas than Mexicans? Of course not, they're just a smaller demographic, so you're less likely to see them.
that's 'cause Mexican people are not interested in preparing another type of food but theirs. And they don't know how to prepare Chinese food as Mexican food. But I'm plenty of sure that Mexican food is a little bit more difficult to prepare.
Well some Chinese restaurant owners who are also Chinese are cheap but not all, they can use the labor of Mexican because they can pay below minimum wage and even sometimes under the table if the Mexican don't have any paperwork, other reason is Mexican can work very hard and do some heavy duty responsibilities at their restaurant without any complaint, so the Chinese owner sometimes squeeze them to work extra effort and of course with low wages. No offense for Chinese but mostly they are thinking of getting more profit is more important than labor welfare.
its just the way chinese are they dont mix generally..
