Ginsters pasties ARE made in Cornwall, but many pasties are made in various parts and are still called cornish pasties.
The same applies for Brussel sprouts that don't come from
Belguim.
Its the name of the product, not indicative of where it is made.
Because the idea originated in cornwall...what i wonder is why don't ginsters cook the stuff on the inside of their pasties
It can still be called a Cornish pastie even if it's made in Timbuktu.
