Kitty said: Yes.Why do people go to a certain fast-food restaurant?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Why do people go to a certain fast-food restaurant?),it will help you,my kids.

I'm not saying the name of it for legal reasons, but why the hell do people go to a certain burger chain to end up with a horrible cheap burger, surrounded by screaming kids, hoodies with a non-queue system and a pretty dumb workforce?
You not only get members of the public murdered in the queue for either deserved or undeserved reasons, but you also get members of staff pointlessly killed there for zero union rights and the minimum wage. There's a term which was mentioned in the Oxford English Dictionary pertaining to the sort of jobs offered there and the company have the cheek to say that they should remove it from the dictionary. I'm sure you know who I'm talking about. I've put it down under 'ethnic cuisine' as 'hoodie' is not only a new race, but a new species (homo-ignoramia)

Answer:
Yeah nice one Sidney! Perhaps homo ignoramus would be better? But it's not just Mc Thingy's is it?

A whole generation seems to has grown up thinking the world owes them a living & now! & "we'll cut yer liver out if we don't get it"

As to the Oxford English, if dickheads like MC DONALDS get away with that I'll be emigrating to China ..
It's the crack
it is because they are to lazy to cook a real meal. And the fast foods are cheap. not like a 20.00 meal at a real resturant.
You're in England aren't you?

Because I don't have any idea what you're talking about.

It's not like that in the U.S.
We are creatures of habit
sounds like u been there once too often--not trying to insult u but u kn. too much about it not to have been there to many times
people like the taste ,so eat there regarless of the stories they hear about whats in the food.I havent had any thing out of there since watching super size me.I watched it yesterday.
actually watched it prob over a year a go!

why are they still in business??
Fast food chains offer a "meal" that is predictable, sold in surroundings that are the same from Aberdeen to Exeter. The food sold is easy to eat, requires little or no cutlery, and is advertised to death. In short, no effort is required. As regards the general chaos, this is endemic amongst the culture that inhabits such places - think of the estates with the radios blaring pop music through open windows, kids running around unsupervised, and much of the populace rowing with each other over real or imagined slights. The noisy TV rabble-shows, with heckling and jokes that centre around farting and genitals are a further indicator of similarity. These are the customers.

Cooking has become optional for many people, as a result of the ready-packed microwave meal replacing the cooked dinner at home. This has resulted in a decrease in food literacy in Britain, a nation that, at least in Social Classes IV and V was already lacking in comparison to much of Europe.
Manners and etiquette have also been jettisoned, and an obsession with moronic celebrities and 'Big Brother' is a further powerful indicator.

People eat junk in chaotic surroundings because they know no better. Simple as that.
Lazy
Whichever restaurant you're talking about, you could have mentioned it by name, with no legal repercussions; this is a public discussion forum. Even if you're not in the United States, chances are your country has free speech laws.

At any rate, the situation you describe is pretty universal: long lines, food that's not nutritionally optimal, noisy children, etc. The staff is usually paid minimum (or barely above minimum) wage, and there are relatively few employees who "work their way up" to a decent-paying position. And some communities do have their share of violence, crime, and general mischief.

That being said: the restaurant you cite, and others like it, continues to bring in customers. That's because it's convenient, fairly priced, and familiar. EVERYONE has heard of the place, and everyone knows what they can expect when they visit there.
cheap, convenient, lazy
when i was a student i went to a fast-food restaurant once a week. but now i can't stand the stuff.
You obviously know nothing!
Ive just been in the "certain fast food chain" and also used to work for another "certain fast food chain".
There may be screamin kids, yes, but you get them everywhere - not only kids who eat burgers get upset you know, even those who are fed haute cuisine get upset!!
People may get murdered in the queue in inner cities - people also get murdered on the street, in pubs, in their own homes.
Staff my VERY OCCASIONALLY get killed (although I have o say, I can`t think of a single case) but staff member in all types of employment get murdered - think of the army, navy, etc, your not so quick to slag them off are you??
Dumb workforce? I take it you have you basic food hygiene, intermediate food hygiene and health and safety certificate and would be sound in the knowledge that you can take all things around you into consideration so as to not cause contamination and food poisoning? I take it you can tell me the top 5 causes of cross contamination in a food environment?? Which brings me on to the pay - minimum wage? You`ll be lucky! Very few people in fast food restaurants are on minimum pay, and usually geta bi-monthly review.
You are wrong on all kind of levels, because you seem to have some "upper class" mentality that spouts a load of drivel based on urban myth and nothing on fact.
to you it may seem like a horrible atmosphere but to them its peaceful.
Brain damage?
Because people no longer know the value of food. We have become a very passive society, we lay back and expect everything to be done for us. We take responsibility for very little in our lives. We are the crappiest generation in human history.
A burger sums up our society in culinary terms. Fast, cheap, unhealthy, fat, uniform, lazy and quantity over quality.

sis74100 - you cannot defend the indefensible. I'm afraid your post reinforces the stereotype of a McD employee.
Grammar and spelling are very important if you want to get on.
Be careful what you say. I am really upset and a fended with what you are saying. I work at McDonald's and have for over six years. Americans are in a hurry today and fast food is fast. They want to get it in under five minutes and get where they are going in a hurry. People go to certain fast food for the taste and the experience. They want fast, friendly service. I have one question for you WHY ARE YOU So UPSET WITH FAST FOOD? If you do not like it or the people who work there then do not spend your money there. Go some where else or stay home and cook. Not all the people who eat fast food end up with horrible burgers. Today several young girls came in and they were quiet and well behaved. I am not always surrounded by screaming children and even if I am I think it is cute. Why worry about the little things in life when we only live a short while before going to Heaven.
would you be talkin about maccy d's by any chance? you cant beat a good big mac meal after a heavy night, its sorts you right out, not too keen on it normally but it seems to taste better with a hang over!! the staff are pretty use less!!
McDonalds! it's cheap, the food fills you up (once you buy 50 dollars worth)and shuts you up, toys for the kids, they don't kick the kids out like other resturants do.
